Brief job history

I joined GMYN in September 2010, and my job involves exploring and developing new ideas as well as fundraising. I have been working in the voluntary sector for the last 15 years in exotic places like Tower Hamlets and Dewsbury as well in Manchester. Outside of GMYN I also work as a freelance consultant offering support to voluntary sector organisations.

My job at GMYN involves exploring and developing new ideas as well as fundraising.

Hobbies/interests etc.

My hobbies include music, sport and eating good food (the first two as a spectator, the latter very much as an active participant). I have recently been inspired by my colleagues here to cycle to work every day which I am very much enjoying. Cycling has many benefits – the major one being that I can now spend my bus fare on pies and chips every lunchtime. Result!.
